Data deletion

Textlas Store has no accounts. The only personal data we can receive is through our Instagram and Facebook replies: the ID of a comment you made on our videos and your Instagram or Facebook ID, used once to send you a product link. We store only the comment ID, not your name or the text of your comment.

To have it deleted

  1. Send us the link to your comment, or your Instagram or Facebook username, from the contact page.
  2. We delete the matching record within 30 days and confirm by reply.

You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations) and delete your comment on the video; deleting the comment stops any further messages.
